Mallard is a 500 share stock privately held corporation whose articles of incorporation have been successfully filed with the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office and we are allowed to conduct business as a corporation in the state of Georgia. We have on file at our executive offices and the offices of our attorneys: our articles of incorporation, our corporate bylaws, records of our meeting minutes, our employer tax information, and our stock certificates. This information can be provided free of charge to any Mallard employee, investor, and/or attorney involved in a case with Mallard.

In addition, Mallard has successfully filed for and has been accepted a  Subchapter S/Election of a Small Business Corporation with the IRS and the State of Georgia, and Mallard holds an annual shareholder’s meeting every June. These have been done to ensure our corporation remains in good standing and allows Mallard to remain as a limited liability corporation.
